Goal Setting
Goal setting is a wonderful way to increase motivation, focus, purpose and helps measure progress. It can help staff learn how to manage their time effectively, prioritize and feel a sense of achievement once completed, helping them to feel more on top of things and a sense of success.
Journaling Tool
Having a journal is a wonderful way to relieve stress, inspire creativity and allow yourself to recompose. By writing your thoughts down, you gain a deeper understanding of your challenges. Problems, fears, and concerns come to the surface so you can start to address them and visualise solutions.
Self-Assessments
Clinically established self-assessments can help staff understand how they are feeling, pinpoint concerns and help navigate to other resources for support. Find out more about self-assessments that can be taken via Togetherall here:

The community:
The online, anonymous peer-support community provides a safe space to share experiences with people that could be experiencing the same as you, a place to feel understood, share advice and offload with our health care professionals at hand for support 24/7.
Anonymity takes away any fear of being known by others. Although signing up with an academic email address, all interactions are anonymous and Togetherall will only seek identifying information from a member when we are concerned about their safety.
Induction time
The start of the academic year is a very important part of the student journey, providing them with information to notify all the services that are available to them and continue this messaging throughout the student journey at different pinch points throughout the year. This is our biggest opportunity to capture new, and existing student cohort.
To help support with the return of welcoming weeks and live events during the Induction and Welcome period, please make use of the following resources to help you discuss the benefits of Togetherall.
The use of presentations, demos and discussions around Togetherall has positive affects on the uptake and engagement in the service, which can be combined with other mental health and wellbeing support.
Everyone at the University of Wolverhampton can access free online mental health support with Togetherall, any time, any day.
Whether you’re struggling to cope, feeling low or just need a place to talk, Togetherall can help you to explore your feelings in a safe supportive environment.
