Invitation to Conference Sponsors

We are supporting attendance at the Conference by a number of colleagues not fully funded by institutions or who are students.  For that reason we need the support of sponsors.  If your organization has funds that could be used for such support, please get in touch with the Conference organizers via email at jaah2019bb@easychair.org as soon as possible.  We would be extremely grateful for your support!

Invitation to Conference Exhibitors

We invite a range of arts and health organizations to apply to exhibit at the Conference. You will have the opportunity to discuss with and take enquiries on your organization or service from national and international Conference delegates over the four-day period.

A dedicated area with tables and power will be made available at the Conference site. The cost is £95 per table space for exhibiting companies the morning of 7 August to the afternoon of 10 August. Conference exhibitors must also take out an accompanying registration (see fee schedule).

We have limited space for exhibitors, so please specify what your organization would like to exhibit at the Conference and if you have further enquiries please email: jaah2019bb@easychair.org
