Little Scholars Nursery is open all year round, closing only for Bank Holidays, University Concessionary Days and 5 staff training days which will be arranged outside teaching weeks.  38 week contracts and year round contracts are available. Our opening times are as follows:

Term time (38 weeks)

• Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 1.00pm
• Monday to Thursday 1.00pm - 6.00pm 
• Friday 8.30am - 1.00pm
• Friday 1.00pm - 5.30pm
• If usage is required between 5.30pm - 6.00pm (excluding Fridays where we close at 5:30pm) a charge of £3.00 will be incurred.

Non Term Time

• Monday to Friday 8.30am-1.00pm
• Monday to Friday 1.00pm-5.30pm 

If children are collected from the nursery after the end of the booked session, there is an  additional late fee of £15 and £15 for each additional 15 minutes thereafter. 

Term dates 2019/20

• 2nd September 2019 - 20th December 2019 (16 weeks)

• 6th Janauary 2020- 3rd April 2020 (13 weeks)

• 20th April 2020 - 19th June 2020 (9 weeks)

Nursery Fees

The majority of students claim their childcare fees through student finance and do not have to repay the fees.

All fees include lunch, milk, fruit for snack.

Below are the fees for under 2 Years to 5 Years

• An invoice will be issued for childcare fees a month in advance. You have 14 days to make full payment of the invoice.  Payments can be made at Cashiers in the Finance Department at University of Wolverhampton or via telephone, web or direct debit.
