Prof Kevin Ibeh is the Assistant Dean/Head of Department of Management at Birkbeck University of London. He is a leading authority on African Multinational Corporations, based on his pioneering research on this little known subgroup of emerging market multinationals. Professor Ibeh has undertaken consulting/advisory roles for several international organisations, including the World Bank Group, the OECD, and the Economic and Social Research Council. He is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Royal Society of Arts, and member of the Academy of International Business. He sits on the editorial advisory board of several international journals and has been invited speaker at major international meetings. He contributes to CAEL’s work in the area of local government, both within the African and international contexts.

Professor Murtala S. Sagagi is a Professor of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Director Centre for African Entrepreneurship Research & Training, Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. He has engaged in teaching, research and consulting on different aspects of development/business strategy, entrepreneurship, Public-Private Partnership, and private sector development. Sagagi's works have been published by reputable publishing outlets. He coordinated international project/activities funded by the World Bank/DFID, British Council, United States Government, and other development partners. Prof. Sagagi contributes to CAEL's work in the areas of  entrepreneurship education, and local government leadership and management.

Dr Graham Tate is a former senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Strategic Management at the University of Wolverhampton. His main research focus is rural enterprise. He has published extensively in various journals including the Journal of Farm Management, the Journal of Entrepreneurship, the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, and Energy Policy. He is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy. Graham has extensive experience in team management, exemplified by his management of 175 workforce at the National Farmers Union.  He contributes to CAEL's workshops in the areas of rural enterprise and entrepreneurship.

Ian Hughes is a former Senior Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. He has a broad range of practical experience covering conservation land management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, engineering management, lean implementation, EFQM Excellence Model implementation, and general management.  He has led organisations of up to 200 people and managed budgets of up to £33 million.   Ian has managed aerospace-related contracts within the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He has also been involved in local, national and international ICT projects, and carried out Lean implementations in repair and service sector environments.  In CAEL's workshops he delivers sessions on various Project Management topics, including project selection, roles of sponsors, and project management techniques.
