The Business School are able to offer a full range of services to support organisations in connection with their people development. Our roots are long-established as we have been an CIPD Accredited Centre for over a decade, training countless Human Resources and Learning and Development professionals in the fields of HR Management and Development, Talent Management, Coaching and Mentoring and Organisation Change. The majority of these are available at Certificate, Diploma and Masters Level.

In addition to the delivery of University and professional body (CMI, ILM) programmes at all levels, our Apprenticeship and Higher Apprenticeship programmes are available for both levy and non-levy organisations and include the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship programme from the Chartered Management Institute.  

We can provide training consultancy, diagnostic tools, and psychometrics, whilst supporting any area of the training cycle – from needs analysis, development of training plans, programme design, delivery and training evaluation in addition to accrediting existing programmes that you may deliver.
