The Royal Institute of Philosophy Lectures

The University of Wolverhampton is an accredited branch of the Royal Institute of Philosophy, a charity whose origins go back to the 1920s.

The Institute is dedicated to the advancement of philosophy in all its forms, in order to access the widest possible audience, not just academics and students of philosophy.

The Institute is based in London but has also many branches across the country. The University of Wolverhampton has obtained accreditation in 2003 and has since organised many public lectures, which are open to the general public.
