Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Social Group
The ASC Social Group is for students with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Individuals with ASC often have difficulties with social interaction and communication. The ASC Social Group gives this population the opportunity to meet in a safe, friendly and non-judgemental environment and there is always at least one member of staff that facilitates the Social. Other activities apart from meeting at the Lighthouse and the SU have included bowling; autism-friendly cinema; various restaurants (including Pizza-Hut, Bella Italia, Cosmos, Chiquito's and the Hogs Head pub.)
