With a capacity of 176 delegates seated around tables the Great Oak is ideal as a main room for your regional or national conference.

In addition to your main room, the Great Oak has a further six flexible meeting rooms nearby to accommodate any additional requirements for your event.

This room can also divide into two individual rooms the Hawthorn and the Beech.

Adjoining the smaller area of the Oak Suite; The Beech is ideal for most meetings or even as a large workshop facility.  With up to 100 delegates this room provides the facilitator with a wide range of seating options to suit their needs.

Adjoining the larger area of the Oak Suite; The Hawthorn is ideal for small and medium sized meeting requirements.  With up to 30 delegates Cabaret style* and windows along 2 sides of the room it also works really well as a training room.

The Juniper's light and airy atmosphere along with its medium room capacity of up to 48 delegates is fast becoming popular with many of our customers for a variety of booking needs.

Adjacent to our Reception area, the Cherry is an airy room suitable for multi-purpose use and a capacity to hold up 56 delegates.  It has a natural appeal due its proximity to the amenities offered in the Centre.  This room is particularly popular with our regular customers - perfect for seminars, team workshops or for educational events.

Cherry Capacities

Conveniently located next to the lounge, the Willow is generally booked by training providers and for management meetings where a functional working space is required, with refreshments on hand when it suits the agenda.

With a capacity of 10 boardroom style the Acorn is a popular choice for committee meetings, panel interviews and as an event office during conferences. This room benefits from natural daylight and data projection equipment can be provided if required.

Situated across the corridor from the Hawthorn, the Aspen is fast becoming a popular choice for customers requiring two rooms in close proximity to each other for their event.  It has windows along two sides of the room, so works really well as a training / seminar room and can seat up to 48 cabaret style.

Telford Lecture Theatre

Refurbished in 2019, the lecture theatre is ideal for keynote speakers for audiences up to 300 delegates. Tiered seating allows for all attendees to have a clear view, using the latest laser projection technology, your presentations will provide your audience with a ‘cinema style’ experience.

A large flat floor space at the front, gives you the flexibility for different styles of presentations including panel Q&A sessions with a top table, demonstration kit, space to just walk and talk for speakers, additional space for wheelchair users and an area for zap stands and promotional material to reinforce your message to the audience.

The lecture theatre is located on the first floor, above the main reception area and is accessed by stairs and lift. Public toilets are located next to the lecture theatre.
