6. What happens next

  • Once you have submitted your application, UCAS sends it to all the institutions you have selected.
  • Each university will make a decision based on your application, and will communicate the otucome via UCAS Track
  • If you are unable to meet the entry requirements for your chosen course, we may be able to offer you an alternative course

What if I don't achieve my grades or don't get any offers?

UCAS Extra allows you to make an extra choice on top of the five you are allowed.

Clearing allows students who haven't got the grades asked for to try for another course or another institution.

Each August our Clearing site lists the courses where we have places available.
