Ross Cloak is an Associate Professor in Sport and Exercise Science. His primary research interest is exercise physiology, sports performance, and youth sport. As well as working as a consultant physiologist to GB Judo on the lead-up to Rio and Tokyo Olympics, and a number of track and endurance athletes.

Dr Martin Bollard is the Head of Nursing Institute of Health and former President of the Intellectual Disability Section at the Royal Society of Medicine. Martin has worked in practice and leadership roles for 15 years in the National Health Service, held 3 University appointments over the last 20 years and has published his work in peer reviewed journals.
