Since 2010, the IoD Student Mentoring scheme has helped over 400 students. Here's what some of them are saying;

Meetings and celebration events

All members of the IoD Student Mentoring Scheme (both students/mentees and mentors) meet as a group four times to share ideas, learning and networks. This is in addition to the monthly meetings between mentee and mentor.

• Session one - connecting mentees with mentors
• Session two -  focus on networking
• Session three - developing your interview skills
• Session four -  a celebratory event, where mentees and mentors get certificates/gifts for taking part.

• Business moguls zoom into new careers - students celebrated completing the scheme with a celebration at Westfield Sportscars
• Business mentoring celebrated at Molineux - the 2018 cohort of students completed the scheme with a celebration at the Molineux Stadium.
• Institute of Directors (IoD) Mentoring Scheme end of year celebration - students attended the 2017 celebration event at JLR.
