The Material and Theoretical Practice (MTP) cluster investigates how material creative practice and social making in design, fine art, and craft can make a difference by building sustainable, proactive communities across diverse sectors from amateur crafts groups to professional artists and designers, charities, third sector organisations, business networks, health advocates and professionals, digital technologists, policy makers, activists, and those involved in museums and heritage.
