R26: Project Planning: Managing Your Research Programme/ Planning Publications
The key to a successful project is in the planning. Creating a project plan is the first thing you should do when undertaking any project.
The Project Plan and delivery session will help you:
- Understand how to plan a project effectively using standard tools and techniques
- Identify and manage risk by mitigating against it
- Understand the internal systems and support mechanisms for project and financial management
Following the session you should have a sound project managing approach that you can use for future projects.
