R15: Researcher Development: PDP and CPD Analysis and Planning
Content:
An introduction to the RDF and how it can be used to:
- prepare for one-on-one reviews with your supervisor about your development as a researcher
- identify your strengths and areas for further development
- provide a language to evidence your skills to current and future employers
Facilitators: Dr Debra Cureton and Dr Ben Halligan, Doctoral College
For 2023-24 R6 Ethics and researcher reflexivity/collecting sensitive data, R11 Getting the Most out of your supervisory team, and R15 Researcher Development: PDP and CPD Analysis and Planning are scheduled to run consecutively on the same days.
