Teams meetings
There are three types of Teams meetings available:
- A standard online meeting for staff and students. Attendees can get involved using video, voice and chat. You can also invite attendees from outside of the University.
- A webinar can be used for training sessions and offers features like break-out rooms and a sign up sheet prior to the event.
- A town hall event is designed for very large audiences (up-to10,000), where attendees can view presentations and speakers but cannot use their video, voice or chat. Engagement with the session is done through the Q&A feature.
