Yesterday evening the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, announced another national lockdown which is now in effect.
In line with Government restrictions, there will be no on campus teaching (apart from practical sessions for critical worker courses) until mid-February at the earliest. We would advise you to check your timetable for further details. Please continue to follow Government guidance and do not travel to the University unless you need to return for health and wellbeing reasons or do not have appropriate access to study space or a PC. Our libraries and study spaces will be available in a safe and managed way, and we will be communicating how students can access these spaces as soon as possible.
Student Support
The pandemic has created and exacerbated many challenges for us all, and we have a range of services to support your wellbeing during this time. All of our students can access online mental health and wellbeing support 24/7 through Togetherall – an online community monitored by trained clinicians. In addition to this, our own dedicated Mental Health and Wellbeing service offers one-to-one support and can signpost you to additional support services.
