To ship you parcels simply fill in the attached form with all the shipping details no later than 12noon.

They will then create a shipping label from the completed form and email it back.

All staff need to do is print off the label, stick it on the parcel/package and take it to post room no later than 2.30pm.

If you have access to a printer at home and are able to print off labels, DHL will be able to collect all parcels from your home address. Dimensions, work order and full address with postal code is still required!

All DHL stationery is kept at each collection point. 

If people could kindly make sure all shipments are at the collection address no later than 2.30pm, otherwise shipments will leave the following day.
