The Estates Management Administrative Office is based in The Housman Building on City Campus Molineux.
Estates Management include:
- The overall management of the University estate.
- The day-to-day maintenance of all University buildings.
- The management of maintenance teams.
- The long-term maintenance programme.
- The minor revenue projects programme.
- The minor improvement requisition system.
- The University grounds maintenance contracts.
- The property management information system.
- The retention of documentation and drawings.
- The planning and management of capital projects.
- The management of utility services.
Estates Management is also responsible for the appointment and management a number of external contractors.
