The Estates Management Administrative Office is based in The Housman Building on City Campus Molineux. 

Estates Management include:

  • The overall management of the University estate.
  • The day-to-day maintenance of all University buildings.
  • The management of maintenance teams.
  • The long-term maintenance programme.
  • The minor revenue projects programme.
  • The minor improvement requisition system.
  • The University grounds maintenance contracts.
  • The property management information system.
  • The retention of documentation and drawings.
  • The planning and management of capital projects.
  • The management of utility services.

Estates Management is also responsible for the appointment and management a number of external contractors.
