Important Information
 
  • All bookings are for 55 minutes (including set up/down times)
  • Payment is required immediately when making all bookings
  • Bookings can be made in person, or by telephone to each sports centre (bookings made over the phone can be paid via card)
  • One off bookings can be made up to one week in advance, but with payment.
  • Block Bookings can be taken for a minimum of 10 weeks, and are paid for in advance. Such bookings will require signed acceptance to the University’s condition of use
  • Event bookings and enquires can be made directly to the Sport Centre
Cancellations are generally accepted without penalty by giving 24 hours notice for one off bookings, and one weeks notice for regular block bookings. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
