The LLM Common Professional Examination, also known as the Graduate Diploma in Law, is the route for non-law graduates wanting a fast-track pathway to a professional law qualification. Successful completion of the course provides you with a dual purpose qualification that completes the academic stage of legal training to progress onto the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) and an LLM (Master in Laws). This combination is rarely offered elsewhere and may be completed in one year.

The BSc (Hons) Fire & Rescue degree is a vocationally focussed programme intended to prepare students for employment within the fire & rescue services and enhancing existing members of the emergency services career prospects and professional skills. It will enable students to critically assess the operational requirements of industrial and local authority fire and rescue services through a problem-solving approach and present the outcomes in a structured and coherent manner.

The Professional Practice course is intended as a vocational qualification within the construction industry.

It satisfies the educational base for becoming a Licentiate Member of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate.

In addition, it provides a progression route onto further professionally accredited courses within the School including the BSc (Hons) degrees of Building Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying and Quantity Surveying.

This postgraduate certificate,  studied traditionally or by Distance Learning is the initiator and comprises 60 credits of study towards the MSc Construction Project Management course. Learners will be introduced to the growing need within the built environment sector for professionals with a thorough understanding of the management of the construction process from inception to completion. As a student on this course, you will be gain a qualification that will strengthen your professional development and raise the profile of SENCOs and SEN activities in schools. The Postgraduate Certificate in Education provides the underpinning knowledge to gain the National Award for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Coordination (NASENCo) programme, which is a one-year mandatory programme for newly appointed or aspiring SENCOs which needs to be completed within three years of appointment. It is also a highly relevant for experienced SENCOs and a valuable option for Continued Professional Development (CPD), resulting in 60 credits towards a Master’s degree. The programme is part-time, fully online and delivered in three modules.
