25th November UCAS Create Your Future fair

Visitors to the UCAS Create Your Future fair were treated to a peek behind the scenes of the School of Performing Arts.

Schools and colleges attended the fair held at Manchester Central Convention Complex, designed to help them choose the right University degree courses in Performing Arts.

Our Digital Production Arts course was on full display as programme leader, Neil Hughes, took to the stand to astonish the crowd with his prosthetic and media make-up design skills. His willing subject? Joe Springhall, second year musical theatre student.....transformed into Avatar!

Visitors to the stand were greeted by Avatar who was all selfie’d-out at the end of a very busy day. Anne-Marie Beaumont, programme leader for music and music education was on-hand to speak to UCAS and attendees about our range of courses
