Welcome to the International Academy - your pathway to success

We provide a range of English language courses and support for international and home students whose first language is not English.

Our Pre-sessional English and International Foundation Year pathway courses provide educational routes to degree study and the undergraduate and postgraduate English language support  (for both home and international students) provides the opportunity to get the very best out of your academic studies here at the University of Wolverhampton. We continue to build on our existing links with local hospitals and health related courses for our OET provision and the online MA Teaching of English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) part-time course develops knowledge and practical, transferrable skills, enabling postgraduate students to meet the most recent demands in the field of TESOL. Our short courses and Summer and Winter School programmes, enable students from all over the world to study English and experience all that the UK has to offer.

The English GCSE equivalency course is designed for home applicants who do not currently hold GCSE English and who wish to enrol on a course and study at the University of Wolverhampton.
