SOLVD CASE STUDY: DJH Bridgnorth Consulting

DJH Bridgnorth Consulting is a start-up engineering consultancy supporting clients to develop new products, enhance existing products and resolve the trickiest engineering challenges. the company has a range of product experience covering Medical devices to Commercial and Military aircraft actuation development. Using state of the art CAE technologies, they have been successful in enhancing the robustness of products and manufacturing processes with an approach of ‘right first time’.

The company sought SOLVD support to develop a digital strategic roadmap using the Innovation Canvas model. This helped to integrate the company’s current offer of high value manufacturing product design, development and simulation support.

SOLVD also prepared comprehensive reporting on a range of cloud service provision including functionality and cost analysis.

By the end of the workshop the company was able to identify the suitable technology which enable them to modify their roadmap and expand on their initial methodology.
