Community Education in Death Awareness & Resources (CEDAR) is an educational organisation dedicated to discussions about death, dying and funerary and bereavement practices. Set up by Dr Judith Wester 10 years ago, CEDAR supports individuals and professionals through a variety of programmes and online resources available on the company website.

Covid-19 has forced CEDAR to consider novel approaches to the delivery and provision of their educational offers around death education. As such, CEDAR approached the SOLVD team for support to implement a new online E-learning suite of packages, which will help ensure business continuity and expansion.

As part of a 12 hours consultancy, the SOLVD team reviewed current e-learning platforms, considering any company-specific software and hardware requirements. Support was also provided for the deployment and implementation of the chosen package and appropriate training resources.
