As an MSP, Blisstech Solutions Ltd provides a variety of IT solutions and services to small and medium sized businesses. There could potentially be 100’s of clients that need to be managed simultaneously; each of them having access to different IT services/solutions.  

Many of the systems being used by Blisstech Solutions Ltd are linked in some way to provide some level of automation and central reporting, but there is no single pane of glass where everything can be looked at from one place.  Blisstech Solutions Ltd wanted to be able to report on the status of each client and all of the systems they use from one place in an automated fashion.

The SOLVD team identified solutions for email monitoring, RPA based solutions for PDF data extraction, log monitoring and data analysis platform. As a result, Blisstech Solutions Ltd can now review the recommendations made and adopt the optimum solution for their business.
