How can BECCI help?

The BECCI project provides bespoke assistance to SME's within the West Midlands region and are working in or have products or services that support the transition of the Region towards a low carbon economy. Examples of the types of assistance provided through the project includes but is not limited to:

• Deliver one-to-one mentoring and support
• Identify new market opportunities for SME's
• Provide exhibition space at events and exhibitions
• Evaluate new innovative technologoes
• Monitor energy use in buildings
• Conduct market and product research
• Test new innovative technologies in testing facilities
• Air tightness testing
• Conduct building simulations using market-leading software (WUFI, IES, Revit...)

We aim to support companies to successfully implement their ideas, strategies and practical leadership in what is an unfamiliar and fast moving competitive sector. We link with our academic experts with companies to drive product and service innovation with products and services that will contribute to the UK campaign to reduce our C0₂ emissions.
