Donna Leeding is Managing Director of ROAM Holdings Ltd. During the past 15 years Donna has focused on delivering transformational and sustainable change programmes through coaching leaders and engaging at all levels, to ensure success and sustainability for new approaches and strategies; winning hearts and minds with successful implementation. She has over two decades of experience in building and developing small and large teams to work in effectively and productively, while working remotely and maintaining good mental health and team spirit. Donna seeks to help organisations avoid the pitfalls remote working and significant transformational change can bring.
Donna worked for BT Group for almost 30 years; over seven of these were spent with BT’s local network business Openreach. She has worked in a variety of roles including product management, marketing, strategy and roll out of the first broadband service: Broadband Britain. Donna has significant experience in corporate social responsibility, LEAN deployment and account management. In addition to being a University governor, Donna is a Non-Executive Director for the University of Wolverhampton Science Park and Deputy Chair of Shropshire children’s charity SYA. She is a former Non-Executive Director for the NHS and Trustee for charity KidsOut.
She is passionate about providing a great customer experience and won the Career in The Industry Award from the International Visual Communications Association (IVCA), for her contribution in developing innovative communication and engagement programmes around Climate Change and Broadband Britain in 2009.
Donna holds a Masters degree from Henley Management Centre.
